Securities Industry Professional Association,Inc.

Bridging the gap between the regulated and the regulators

Welcome to the home of the Securities Industry Professional Association!

SIPA was founded by experienced and concerned financial professionals who strongly believe there is a need for a strong yet reasonable voice for the financial community. SIPA believes that many current trade organizations are too agreeable to any new regulatory rules that are proposed, while some trade organizations are often times too disagreeable to any new regulation.

SIPA is here to bridge that gap. All rule changes and regulatory mandates need to be thoroughly examined and debated BEFORE they are passed on to the Financial Industry.

WHO WE ARE:
We are concerned financial professionals who believe the discourse between the regulated and the regulators has to narrow.
We are a membership organization that provides valuable resources to the financial industry.

WHO WE ARE NOT:
We are not antagonistic. We welcome open and free exchange between all. We may never completely agree on any single issue but we must retain respect and open dialogue.
FROM 10-4 GOOD BUDDY TO 10-Q REPORTS!

The SIPA recently had the opportunity to sit down with Larry WIlcox of UCHUB. Larry is the CEO of the financial company and answers some hard questions about SARBOX, Capital Formation and his days on the set of "CHIP's" riding around on a Harley though the California Freeways.  The former actor and Hollywood star turned Entrepreneur was kind enough to give The Sipa an interview.
